This website collects and processes as little personal data as possible. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and this website does not offer user accounts or a contact form. Fonts, images and other website assets are served from this website rather than embedded from third-party services.

3. Hosting and Content Delivery Network

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and delivered via Cloudflare’s Content Delivery Network (CDN).

Provider: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.

Cloudflare processes connection and request data to deliver and protect the website. Depending on the request, this includes:

• IP address of the requesting device
• Date and time of access
• Requested URL
• HTTP status code
• Browser type and operating system
• Referrer URL, if sent by your browser

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and performant delivery of the website).

Storage duration: The website application does not maintain its own visitor database or access logs. Cloudflare retains operational data according to the purpose of processing and applicable legal requirements, as described in its privacy policy linked below.

Data transfer to third countries: Cloudflare operates a global network, so data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Cloudflare relies on its EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification for covered US transfers (Art. 45 GDPR) and on standard contractual clauses where applicable (Art. 46 GDPR). Its processing terms and transfer safeguards are described in the Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum.

Cloudflare also enables network error reporting: supported browsers may send reports about failed requests to Cloudflare to help diagnose delivery problems. These reports can contain connection data and the requested URL.

The website itself does not set cookies. Cloudflare may use necessary security cookies when its protection features are triggered. Their purposes and lifetimes are described in the Cloudflare cookie documentation.

4. Theme Preference on Your Device

When you select a color theme, your browser saves its name under the local storage key kokedera-theme. This lets the website restore your chosen appearance on later visits. It is not an identifier and is not sent to us or to marketplace providers. The entry has no automatic expiry; you can remove it by clearing this website’s data in your browser settings.

This storage serves the appearance preference you request (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). Where personal data is involved, the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in providing the appearance you selected.

5. Contact by Email

If you email us, we process your email address, message and any information you provide to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Correspondence is retained only as long as needed for that purpose or to meet applicable legal retention obligations.

The contact address uses Microsoft Outlook.com. Microsoft processes email data to provide that service; details of its processing and international transfer safeguards are available in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Social media profiles are ordinary external links. No social media widgets or embedded videos are loaded on this website. The respective provider receives your request when you follow a link.

Installation guides, marketplaces, source repositories and social profiles open external websites. Their providers process your requests and the data you share with them under their own privacy policies. This website does not accept bug report submissions.

Displayed versions and download or install counts are fetched from VS Code Marketplace, Zed, JetBrains and GitHub when the website is built for deployment. Your visit displays that saved snapshot; your browser does not contact those services to refresh the figures.
